This week I became the proud owner of a 2005 Mazda 3. I've really been enjoying it so far.
I have noticed something strange. After the factory stereo has been playing CDs for a while, there is a pause between tracks. The display shows the track as advanced, and the time says "0:00", but the track does not play for about a minute. Manually advancing the tracks does make a difference.
Since this only happens after about an hour of operation, I'm suspicious that something is getting hot and causing the problem.
If anyone knows what the problem is, I'd be very appreciative to find out.
