Vibration under hard acceleration

Hey guys, first post here. I have a 03 msp with 63k on it and love it except for 10 degree days and hesitation. But anyways when i pull hard from a stop i hear a good amount of vibration coming from the front like by the wheels. I took out a curb going about 30 straight on and cracked a rim earlier this fall, thats when i noticed it. I now have winter tires and rims on and still hear the same noise. Also if im in first and give it gas and then let off the car seems to be a little too jerky and when shifting gears if you dont hit it JUST RIGHT and slip the clutch it can do a hard jerk too.
