Just Got My Springs On, But What's Normal and Not Normal?

I installed a set of H&R springs, has a nice drop. I noticed a few sounds like slight "creeking" and sometimes when I go over bumps it sounds similar to going over rail tracks. It's not like its sounds like a big problem, I just noticed them once the springs were put on. Are these sounds normal in the beginning?

Also I noticed my braking kinda makes a "buzzing" sound very occassionally especially when i'm braking at low speeds (like 10khm). Any ideas on what that could be? It doesn't happen during regular braking or even hard braking. Just kinda random on slow braking.

I'm going for a wheel alignment within the next few days since I noticed my car slowly pulls to the right now.

What do you guys think of these sounds and are they normal?

The creaking sound you hear can be normal I guess, I have some minor creaking sounds every now and then coming from being lowered. As for the buzzing sound, I don't know.

Found out my sway bar links weren't totally tight, now after the alignment everything is tight and feels good.
