Is Japan's CX7 navigation different? Nice video/audio input options!

although I am assuming that the navigation systems are completely different in the CX7's sold in Japan and the ones sold here, I did notice that the Japanese version is the same as their Toyota counterparts, and they have a nice product that allows you to connect any video/audio source through a 6 pin adapter. This page is all in Japanese, but the pictures should tell the story. Also, Mazda's CX7 is listed as one of the compatible cars for the product:

I wonder if our Navigation has a similar plug? could this work?

Someone would have to take out the nav and look in the back to see if this is possibe or not... seems like it may be viable though!!!
