Hello there,
I'm considering buying a CX-7 soon and don't want to give up the Tech Package but, big drawback, in that case an iPod cannot be connected.
I'm reading this forums for a couple of days now and find a lot of information on the subject, but something isn't still clear (or I missed something somewhere). If I don't want the SAT radio, does this free the bottom connector of the NAV system allowing me to connect an iPod that way with same additional connection kit? Somebody mentioned this possibility and asked for confirmation but... Nobody never replied... Any thought about that?
I saw somewhere that the NAV System is a non-GPS System!!!????!!! Therefore, from the middle of nowhere, assuming you don't know where you are, how the system guides you?
