I am installing a after market sub, and am wondering if I can use the existing sub wire in the trunk? I still haven't found any info on the wire color code of the stock sub hook up anywhere. I would like to use that wire as it is already there, but I need to find out the wireing color scheme, and if the stock hook up would support 200 watt amp. Any info out there?

You can. Please read this sticky thread:
6/MS6 Factory Radio Upgrade Options (plus MP3 options!!!)

However, you should run a new power and ground wire to your amp. The power wire should connect directly to the battery with an appropriate fuse within 12" of the battery (30-60a depending on the amp). The ground wire should connect directly to bare metal on the frame. A seatbelt bolt is a common spot.
