P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction (PRNDL Input)

1998 LX 1.5 Auto 120K
Hi please help me out. I have just washed the engine bay and soon after I got this code - P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction (PRNDL Input) the car drives and performes very well with no problems but after I reset the CEL I get this code again like after 2 miles down the road and it's very anoying anyone with help I appreciate.

Cleaned the PRNDL switch no more codes.

Where's the PRNDL switch? got the same code here on an 02 protege5.

I have a Mazda protege 5 2003 and I just got the code for the trangmision sensor p0705 how dificult is it to replace and how much would cost to purchase .
