alright, i was told by my shop that the injector o-rings are a 3 point harness and can't be simply replaced. so now they're wanting to hold my car for another week to get the parts in since no other car shops or dealers have it. is this true about the rings being complicated and not easily replaced? they informed me that the state of them are deteriorating. any input? thanks.

like fuel injector o-rings? They are just little plastic s****, not hard to replace at all. Mine did have to be ordered in though.

ok, they were saying they had to be ordered but i didn't know if they were just trying to scam me by keeping my car there longer so i was jw

well, we in the biz, like to call them "O-rings" i dont know if you have ever heard of these, but. not only are they the most elusive little bastards you almost have spend maybe 3 bucks on each, or you can take them off yourself, go to the local stealership order 4 new ones, and probably install them before you finish a 6 pack......gaurenteed
