Where is the best place to cross the firewall with a power cable to battery?

i need to get a direct power wire into the cabin from the battery. what has anyone tried that worked out well without drilling?

If you look directly underneath drivers side and above where the emergency brake is there is a rubber push out oval shape gasket pull it out and run your cable through mostly all newer vehicles have this no need to drill hell I run 8gauge wire across here to he amps
