oil change/oil filter

So guys, I was planning on doing my own oil changes but now that I see I need a special tool to remove the oil filter has me a little worried. How much more difficult is this then a normal oil filter. Also, I've changed oil in 3 different vehicles and all use a normal oil filter, how much more involved is it with an oil cartridge. Does anyone have tips on how to do it properly? I plan on using mobil1 synthetic and hopefully a mobil1 filter but I cant locate the part number for this. Last thing, does anyone have pics of the tool needed and maybe a nice pic of the actual cartridge being changed?
