Clicking/Knocking noise when I turn from left to right

Ok, this started pretty recently. I can be moving in a straight line at parking lot speeds in flat ground and turn my wheel all the way to the left and then start turning it all the way to the right. When I do this, I get this click, click, click noise. This only happens when I go from left to right, not from right to left.

Anyone had any experience with this?

Sometimes it is a louder knock noise depending on different input conditions.

This might not be your answer but I just had a similar incident..it turned out that the lug nuts came loose.lol...also might want to check your cv joints???booths??
