i've searched the forum about my question but did not find any references. i've noticed a clicking noise coming from the front wheels when the brakes are applied. after taking my protege 5 to my mechanic twice, he tells me that although i've got 25% wear left on the brakes, the noise i hear could be the engagement of the abs or just "disc brake noise" - but nothing to worry about.
mileage is about 31,500. the car brakes fine otherwise.
what else could this be? or, am i worrying too much?
