Well everyone. I really enjoyed the time that I owned my P5. But the time has come to move on. I bought a new 2006 Civic today. I couldn't help myself. I love the new redesign and I took the leap. Everyone on this board has been very helpful and I will still be in here saying hi and checking up on what is going on. I do miss my P5 already though. It has been a good and fun car.

(on an unrelated sidenote, the most recent (well before this one) post in the Protege5 section of the site was nearly two hours ago , and by me haha.

Good luck with the new car, personally I think 3rd gen proteges>new civics appearance wise. Did the dash take some getting used to? I have never been a fan of digital speedos.

I did get the SI which is a blast to drive. I love the two tier instrument panel. And yes the digital display took some getting used to....but it is right there and big bright numbers how fast I am going, so I tend to stay the speed limit a lot more often now.
