Can anyone give me some quick advice on how to remove my valve stem guides please? Ive disassembled my spare head, in preparation for decking, and would like to de-shroud my passages before I send it out. Id like to remove the stem guides/seals so as not to damage them, but Im not sure how to do so. They look quite delicate so Id rather not just give it a try without at least a vague procedure in mind.
