No its a fake. The real one the AEM decal is semi metallic with raised lettering and is not pre installed. Also the bracket that holds it on is welded on the real one the fake is not. The real one is also split in two pieces for the MAF sensor to go into the middle of. It might be a real license plate frame but AEM gives those away free to any one who calls. Intakes are just metal pipes and i am sure it will work just fine but its the worst copy i have ever seen, it doesnt even closely resemble the original
