Much like your post. Its a for looks mod, some people like it some dont. Its like saying one type of music sucks. Its good to some bad to others. I would probably do the vinyl vs actually painting the hood, even if it fades, its still reversable, not many people would like having a two tone hood if you ever tried to sell it.
