msp radio help

car was broken into in dec, insurance paid for a brand new kenwood from mazda. worked fine. then i go out to the car yesterday and turn it on, the face wont fold out. i can hear the motor turning, but the face wont move, i tried taping on it and so on, but nothing. any idea what would cause this?

This is just one of the many issues that the factory kenwood deck has. Try searching the MSP CA&E subforum for details. I forget if there is a fix for this one.

yup, i would go to mazda n see if they can get u a new one instead. better than tring to fix it then later say they wont take it cuz you messed around with it. did they install it or did you?
