Please read said article.

The report said NOTHING AT ALL of the perpetrators of the crimes being black, only the victims.

Blacks are a smaller minority in Canada than they are here, making the murder rates of the blacks WAY out of proportion. Therefore, mentioning the fact that they were black is totally fine.

You guys are smarter than this.
