anyone know where i could get the pipe that goes to the axle-back section? i have the hks axle back and want to make it a catback system....muffler shop yes but they dont mandrel bend

got a Meineke by u?? on my old car they did custom 2.5" piping from header back with hi flow cat and resonator added in and split it into dual piping at the rear in under 30 mins. was cheap, sounded awesome and held up nicely to weather, sure it wasnt polished and shiny like some of the cat back systems, but it did the job and the nice plus was no creases or sharp bends, just smooth curves all the way through. (thumb)

yep def mandrel bend, they ran the pipes through their fancy machine and voila i had a new exhaust system (cheers)

id say go 2.25, u dont really wanna go from larger to smaller. just be cautious of bottlenecking your system. dont wanna run too many varying size diameters in your exhaust system, try and keep it as uniform as possible, that was my original problem and reason for the upgraded exhaust system. if u do cat back system ull be mating up to the stock midpipe unless your replacing that section as well, so check that diameter as well. im no exhaust specialist, so anyone feel free to drop in some knowledge or comments

I have not heard anything as sweet as my Tanabe, if price isn't an issue get one it's axle back 2.25" matches right up with factory 2.25"
