So are the tail light pieces legal here in AZ? Back home in MD, you couldn't have anything that would darken the tail lights.

Dont see why not since I do police officeers personal cars and the state law is that you need to see brake lights from 500ft and that is noproblem at all. BTW, We have sold tons fo sets to MD customers with no issues that we have heard of.

Cool, I might have to pick up a set then. As for MD, I am 100% positive that you are not allowed to LEGALLY put anything on your taillights. You weren't even able to put on clear tails, before the ones with the red lenses inside came out. MD SUCKS when it comes to laws on cars.

Thats what I hear. Friend of mine had one blue light protection on and smoked tails. She got warned about the blue , but nothing about the smoked tails at all. Now if just had both headlights done I bet nothing would have happened or been pulled over.

My car is parked in front of the Sheriff's Office 4 days a week. I have blue headlights, fogs and smoked tails. Today I had one of the detectives admiring my car after work. I even told him about rockblocker. I didn't mention that mine were blue but he was right up looking at them. He is a retired LAPD officer too. And we all know how tight California is on vehicle codes.

The nice thing is that if L.E stopps you and tells you you you can't have it, you can just peel it off. Unlike translucent paint that has to be sanded off.
