yea sense of speed is messed up, gave 3 friends rides who all have been in my car plenty of times, all had a smile on their face after and said its faster

besides the smoke, does this affect the car in any other way? i had the issue but with the hypertech i raised the idle and it has gone away

There's a difference in idle, I just don't feel the power everyone says the feel right away

i just got mine, had the same issue, reading it needed an update, i did the update and then the install worked, one problem though, when i tried it i didnt feel any difference in performance and in 3rd gear i had a fuel cut. my mods are cobb sri and resonator and cat delete. before the ht i did...
