I am in the process of replacing the clutch on my 96 Protege. The CV axle assembly is not wanting to come out and then my friend told me to use a cats paw pry bar from the local hardware store and I used it with a big hammer and yeah it came out right.

I too, am quite unsatisfied with these mevotech parts because I had also cracked control arms within 6 or 7 months. Very disappointing.

You need to replace ac/heater fan resistor. It might be the one causing the problem. And as for the price of the front pipe replacement.. it would be around 120-150$ all in all.. that includes the labor already.

The noise it makes freaks me out. I guess i need to change the serpentine belts after all..

I happen to crack it because I tightened it.. Geesh.. Now I need to buy another valve cover gasket. So be careful in using the torque wrench.

weathertech is a good brand. One of my trucks has it and for 3 years it is still doing good. No doubt about it.

May be the starter that the dealer gave you was really defective. You should have them replace it. Or probable get your money back and buy a starter at another store.. a more reliable one.

If I were you I would go for the gray too.. It's a nice color and that's what I have on my car.. Now im wanting to have custom sprayed eadlights.. I saw one and it looks really cool.

I think green rims look cool. What the color of your car's paint? I suggest you paint your brake caliper green too so that it would look nicer with the rims.

I had the same problem back then.. And the diagnosis of the car dealer was that my alternators were going bad. Needs to be replaced. Geesh..
