Did you do it with the car on or off. For some reason mine won't work with the scanner unless the car is running. With the key in the on position it just says unable to make a connection. I've also know someone who couldn't get a AP to connect to their MSP3 unless it was running.

Sounds like to me he said not to so that the motor would die on the guy. lol

Just thought I would post up that I got a 8 for a DD. Its a 04 GT with the 6sp. Its winning blue. I'm kinda sad that its up at oxmoor mazda getting getting some work done but happy that the car lot I got it from is paying for it. I will get some pics posted when I get it back.

Most of the rotary people in my area use Haltechs. Mainly cause we have a local guru and that is what he tunes with. I really haven't heard any of them complain.
