Its just a regular public street in Tigard (southwest Portland) Oregon. The landscaping behind the car is part of a large condominium complex. I liked the look too and had the camera in the car, so I just stopped and took the pic.

Yeah, thats what I was running... Eibach Pro springs on Tokico Illuminas. About 1" drop all around from stock initially; about 1.25" drop after the springs and shocks settled. Here are a couple of pics:

Did you see my post yesterday? Have you ruled out the IAC? A bad IAC could act like a severe vacuum leak, especially at idle or when throttling down to stop at a traffic light, for example. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, and went through the whole EGR, coilpacks, wires, vacuum...

About Rush's #1276 hood... It would be a cryin' shame to paint over it. Cindy loved her car so much that she tattooed the production number on her ribcage. Before anyone can buy it, she should be given the opportunity. She may have no interest in it, but I'd still ask her first...

My opinion, picked up from folks here who've been tuning longer than me: Aggressive = 11.5-12 afr MidRange = 11-11.5 afr Conservative = 10-11 afr 11.5 keeps you from bogging when you put your foot in it and hit full boost, but with significantly less risk of detonation than those who set up...
