After doing a little research, i came to believe my throw-out bearing is bad. My question is, is this part of the clutch? I have a new clutch i want to install, is this something that comes with the clutch, or do i have to order it? Thanks for the help.

I've been having over heating issues lately and today i decided to check my coolant resevoir and low and behold there was oil in it!!! I removed the radiator cap and there was specks of oil in it. I did a search and looks like i may have blown a head gasket. Can overheating cause a head gasket...

Im putting my wideband back on and my o2 sensor is pretty black. What can i use to clean it without damaging it? Is carb cleaner ok?

After i installed my s-pipe and MAM manifold, i was getting a nasty exhaust leak. I took a peak in my engine and found one the nuts off the turbo stud to the s-pipe fell off. I want to go back and torque down each and everyone as well as adding some threadlock. What shoud i torque all my bolts too?
