There isn't a TSB for this in canada.. and it's quite unlikely contacting mazda directly will do anything but waste your time.. It doesn't impact the functionality of the car, and is just for looks. Mazda Canada considers it normal (and it is, happens on most cars) and they apparently don't mind...
