    Suspension Issue?

I can try to get better pics this week. Not sure what the offset of those rims is... According to Enkei's website it's +38. Rims are 16x7.5. The rear is rubbing a little, where as their's TONS of room up between the fenders and tire in the front. Cars got 109,000km (just under 68,000 miles)...

    Suspension Issue?

So i got new rims and tires for the P5. Old ones had a few bends in them (random giant rock in the middle of the road). So I got a set of 16x7.5 rims and 205/50 tires (was actually cheaper and easier then getting repaired). On the front not a single problem, clearance is perfect, no rubbing at...

    great successs

i know what caused the p0171 for my was the air intake tube. If it's cracked it'll throw some wild codes as your pulling in uncensored (and unfiltered) air. But the other ones I'm not to sure about.

Where to buy rebuilt rear calipers? Did a search already.

NAPA is where I got all 4 of mine. Both my rears were seized to f*ck and my passenger side front was starting to seize. So I did all 4 pads rotors and calipers. Should have painted them with some silver paint or somethin tho cuz the surface rust forms quick!

Mechanic cracked my Air Hose (after MAF) - what can this damage?

Relaced mine a little while ago, part was only $52 (canadian). And the plastic (or rubber, whatever it is) seems to be a much better material.

    Alternator going bad?

check your belts. I'm at 102,000km (around 65,000 miles) and had to do both my belts cuz the alternator belt decided to give out.

    Voltage drop

Ya, I understand it's not great. Alternators only like 60 amps? Pretty damn weak. Going to get a new battery soon to though as mines over 2 (unsure how old it really is). I just find it weird the voltage drops when you rev it a little. I am looking at getting a different car now though, this...

    Voltage drop

So I noticed a little while ago that when revving the engine at a standstill the lights dim a little. I thought nothing of it at first, but now when my radio is where i usually listen to it my lights dim. So I decided to pull out the old trust Nexxtech (cuz I'm cheap like that) voltmeter. Here's...

It's not like the moulding, it's just black tape (kind like very wide vinyl tape). Some of the more high end cars use black metal that just bent into shape overtop of the pillar.

underneath is just normal paint... i think it's only done for cosmetics. I've done it at Mazda when i worked in their bodyshop and don't see a point in it. I would rather paint and get rid of the lines. There... sigs not so bad now eh?

So my P5 is rusting to sh*t (like many others... damn salt) so I've been fixing it up lately. So there is rust bubbling up underneath the black door tape (around the top and back of the window). Now me, being the cheap ass that I am thought "I wonder what it would look like if I ripped off the...

    ABS Problems

Kinda figure it's a wheel speed sensor. Brake fluid is full (alway has been). Tried a few OBDII code readers, but they seemed to only pull engine codes. Will probably take it to the local Mazda dealer... I used to work there after all. Pulled the ABS fuse, now have the lights. The ABS light...
