Its got low miles, but the price seems a bit high at least for my area (san francisco). But if reliability is what you are looking for...look elsewhere. My MSP was nothing but a PIA. It was in the shop more than my '93 s10 pickup has ever been. That is not saying much either.

Don't buy one unless you want to spend a bunch of time in the repair shop. The car handles/looks good, but it sure causes many a headache. I took my MSP to dealer so many times I've lost count. My '93 S10 pickup with 120k miles has been once in the same period.

I don't want to start a knew thread. Adios to the MSP community. I sold mine yesterday, and am not looking back. My '88 MR2 SC is filling the void quite nicely.

IMHO if you post 6,000+ times on this forum, you A:have no job B:, don't do your job C: need to get some fresh air If it takes 30sec to make a post, and you have 6000 than you have spent 50hrs. just typing on the computer. This doen't include the time reading other posts. That may be time well...

The problem is that whether we as owners know how great this car is, it seems like not many other folks do. It is amaizing to me that someone would by a '03 civic (boring) for $12-$14k, while my MSP sits with a For Sale sign on it.

I'm yet to have an LSD problem @ 48k miles. But suspension squeaks (seems all fixed for now) and the exhaust system crumbling apart (twice) have been a PIA. It seems that if you leave the car alone, as it was engineered some ofthe problems people speak of are a non issue. There is a reason...

Any hints . . . Ditto to how'd you pull that off? My instinct was that people just don't know what the car is. And I think a lot of the people who do, do not have the funds (young) to join. All I know is that selling my MSP has become a PIA. All stock, still warrantied with 47k miles...
