My reply to all.. Thanks for the clarification, NoSuchSol. "Loud" is always subject to opinion. My P5 has an aftermarket intake and header (stock exhaust tho), so the engine area is probably "loud" to most...but I think it sounds just right :) CX-SV... me = jealous of the Fsport! lol...

So just a follow up question, are you saying that it's counting the tire revolutions per minute? That could make it a real challenge when configuring the proper rim and tire sizes, as it's usually off by some very small percentage from stock. Let me know if I'm misunderstanding you.

kampfire (or anyone), so is the distance from inside the fender to the face of the wheel/tire 25mm? (i.e. how many mm's until the tire rubs the inside of fender?) Also, is "et50" another way of stating the 50+ offset? Thanks!

I agree that there will be a lot of similarities. Maybe I'm biased, but I think the 2.0L used in the Proteges have a better exhaust note (aftermarket) than other modified cars in the same class. I don't think I would consider an aftermarket exhaust on a CX-5, simply because I've been reading...
