Crank some AC/DC up to about 24 on the stereo, take a freeway cloverleaf at about 60MPH, then stand on the brakes so hard the seat belts leave bruise marks on their chests. That ought to do it.

My car hits 90-100MPH a few times a week, and it exhibits none of the behavior he's talking about. If it did, I'd take it to the dealer. They would probably tell him they can't test drive at that speed, but if something happens later, he has a record of the complaint. My MSP feels very planted...
