Well, it's been a little while now due to a faulty donor engine, but I've got things sorted out now, wiring, and power steering is figured out (still some work to do on both though). And, the engine (KLZE) is in. Almost there, wish me luck (the engine's warranty is up in 3 weeks) (crazy)

I obviously have a defective flywheel, and I'm about to buy a new one. however I'm wondering if my old v6 mx3 clutch and flywheel will bolt in. Anyone know if it would? I might just take it out anyway, but I'd need something to compare to with the Protege as to not disable my daily driver...

Theoretically, If one were to have an erratic idle due to a suspected EGR valve, and said valve is not causing a CEL, what could one do to (hypothetically) make it throw a code? Say in this speculative situation the EGR has 3 weeks left on the warranty, and needs to throw a code to be replaced...

Not that my ABS works anyway, but I'm considering an MP3 ECU and I don't want it to affect my ABS, because I may fix it soon. I think the circuit is separate, but I'm not sure, and have no wiring diagrams handy. Thanks
