    CX-9 Seat Back Protector

OP link is dead, yes, so I searched for the company and item displayed by the link and found several links for the product. I linked to Amazon though there are other options for vendors. Speaking of options, what has worked for others?

    CX-9 Seat Back Protector

We tried an Eddie Bauer seat protector from Target but it drapes badly on CX-9 power seats (http://www.target.com/p/Eddie-Bauer-Seat-Back-Protector/-/A-13301722?ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001&AFID=Google_PLA_df&LNM=%7C13301722&CPNG=baby&ci_sku=13301722&ci_gpa=pla&ci_kw= ). The OP posted this one, "Rover...

    Improving thump w/o cabinet subwoofer?

Apparently, about $30,000! In the end, we bought a new CX-9 and sold the P5 to a friend for her son. I still have pangs of regret and guilt, but it was time to part. I did, however, give him the URL for mazdas247.com!

    Introducing the 2013 Mazda CX-5

    Introducing the 2013 Mazda CX-5

Maybe the 2012 or 2013 CX-7 will get bigger to compete size-wise with the Forester/RAV-4/CRV/etc.?

    Introducing the 2013 Mazda CX-5

Looks cool. Not sure how they will make it smaller than the CX-7 and still be bigger than the Mazda3. The CX-7 has about the same leg room (front+rear) as the Maxda3 and my Protege5!

    Door Edge Guards?

Thanks pyroMark. There have been a few pics posted of the Bell (drillspot.com) ones - I would certainly be interested in seeing yours as well. I'm curious how these look as well: http://www.carbumper.com/66.html .

    Door Edge Guards?

So how's everyone enjoying their door edge guards? Anyone have a status update or new ones to tell us about? I just traded my 2002 Protege5 (*sniff*) for a CX-9 (*yeah!*) and am considering buying door edge guards. Below is what I've researched so far, and am leaning toward the black Bells: -...

    Improving thump w/o cabinet subwoofer?

So, I have the foam speaker enclosures installed, but I guess more sealing/deadening would be useful. Amping... I didn't consider that my new HU (20 watts RMS, 50 watts peak) would underpower my speakers (2-60 watts RMS, 180 watts peak), but the numbers don't lie! Any recommendations for amps...

    Improving thump w/o cabinet subwoofer?

Hi All, I recently replaced my HU and front door speakers on my 2002 P5 with two purchases from Crutchfield: JVC-KD-HDR44: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_105KDHDR44/JVC-KD-HDR44.html?search=JVC_KD-HDR44&skipvs=T Infinity Reference 6822cf...

BTW - anyone know of posts that discuss removing the stock head unit when the removal tools don't work? I think I destroyed a couple clips the last time I took out the HU and now have to find a post that describes the "reach around" method through the glove box... thanks!

I just got the JVC KD-HDR44 from Crutchfield. The harness, tools, etc. were included, although I wish thy included crimp caps - now I gotta go to Radio Shack or roam around Home Depot a while...

Your favorite speaker upgrade? (with stock head)

Thanks for the ideas. One thing at a time, though. I dread the thought of changing out another HU! But I know you're right - a more powerful HU will definitely make a huge difference as well as speakers. Maybe I'll wait until the local Circuit City liquidates and try to get a deal!
