honestly for running 10psi and getting the right power for 10psi i would suggest a full turbo back exhaust, any fmic kit and at the bare minimum a split sec. afc.. for what it sounds like, unichip would be alittle on the high side, expecially since your not lookin for much power out of the car...

why not just buy a manual boost controller for less then $20 and you can run as much boost as you want....(engine permitting)..

shouldnt have a problem doing that on stock fuel system, 10psi, and an fmic..invest in a wideband, boost gauge, mbc and that dsm afc.. you'll be putting down around 200...

ill start by saying welcome to the boards...upgrading to a fmic would be a nice upgrade, as far as changing the turbo, i highly recommend doing a forged rebuild on the bottom end first. The rods are the weakest part of our engines and it has been proven that the stock gt25r is more then enough...

heres a pic of my old setup with the maf run inline, had no problems at all with stalling.. and heres my new setup...(i have the stalling with this setup, but im not gonna cut my new perrin fmic piping, cause i plan on going full standalone soon and wont need the maf)

i dont think its your egr, its from the maf not reading the right since you are now venting to the atmosphere with your bov. the easy fix is, just run the maf inline with your charge pipe. make sure its in between the throttle body and the bov though... so another words from the intake-...

the only way i can see it wasting more gas, is by you pushing the gas so you can hear it. as for the loudest, im pretty sure that would be the TurboXS RFL... which people say means (Really F*cking Loud)...:D me personaly, i have the Greddy RS and i love it...im not a fan of loud bov's...

i have a gt28rs on my stock block...:D but, i also have a full forged setup waiting to be dropped in at any time....(glare)

you can get the s-pipe from cork sport. its only 2.4in, but its still ALOT better then the stock one.

just bought a atp 6psi wga. the wga on my gt25r also has a ripped diaphram, however, i can sell u the new one that will be on my`gt28rs if ur interested..
