Spoke to Josh about this, he said to contact Jordan and find out about a way to clean out the CAT... Failing that, there's the resistor trick, replacement CAT sent to me, or send off my DP to get a new CAT welded in.

I got the CEL again. Guess I'll take another look at the O2 sensor. But I am going to call CPE nevertheless. Maybe the upstream CAT is not working properly.

UPDATE: 1 week and no CEL. I would've gotten one by now.

Well, I did the oil change yesterday. Once I had the car jacked up, I went back to the O2 sensor at the bottom of the downpipe and started unscrewing it. It twisted the attached wires somewhat, but not violently enough that I considered having to undo the other end (thank God)! Once it popped...

what would be the best way to clean an O2 sensor? Any typical cleaning agents I should be aware of that do a good job?

Silly question... as I have not been under my car that much other than to change the oil and do the Engine mount upgrade... but where is the O2 sensor? Is it easily accessible/replaceable/cleanable? I've searched the forums and can't find a quick answer.

powder-coated "mirror black". I love the look, especially when they're all shined up. The red calipers give a good contrast too.
