I had a HARD time finding rims for the car. Many styles just seem to not blend in with the car. These however fit right in overall. Very happy with the purchase!
PS - Mats are not APC. They're some no-name brand I picked up at Wal-Mart. The front ones were really nice and matched the yellow...
Here are a couple I took a couple of years ago. Don't worry, those nasty yellow seatbelt pads are gone. The interior work was done through the dealership when I bought the car. There was a yellow P5 on the showroom floor with this interior and I fell in love with it.
I think that it fits the plot better. No slick Batmobile has been built yet as he's a brand new Batman. Thus, he uses a military prototype funded by Wayne Enterprises until a sleeker, personally catered vehicle is made.
COLOUR is spelled correctly. Note that he's from Edmonton, Alberta.
Personally, I like gunmetal better than the copper. White is nice on dark blue as well, but would look weird as you have nothing else white on the car.
This happened years before my P5. Back in November 1992, my dad bought a brand new 1993 Mazda Protege DX. In the summer of 99, the cab (front) part of an 18-wheeler ran a red hitting us twice. First on the front corner of the car & again when the back of the car spun with the force of the first...
It's from the 2005 film Batman Begins. As far as I understand, it's a prequel to the previously released movies. From what I read, the new "Batmobile" is a Wayne-tech prototype vehicle made for military use or something like that. The trailer/teasr is already on their site...
They have the damn Vibe/Matrix, the Focus & now even a Saturn is coming out!!! WTF? Anyone hear anything that I haven't?!?
I'm also still waiting for diecast scale models of:
1993-1996 VW Golf
2000+ VW Jetta
1982 - 1992 Pontiac Trans Am
2001+ Nissan Sentra SE-R
Weird. Not sure why the pics aren't working. I'll check this out later.
PS - The Passat photos are working again (link below). Sorry about that.
My Dad's 1993 Passat GLS VR6 (Now Sold)
Naw. It's a stock VR6 engine similar to the photo below (minus the intake). I just cleaned up the exterior to make it look good, but I didn't touch the engine.
