I use Bissell little green machine. It takes multiple passes if it is dirty.. Never use chlorine bleach, just the shampoos that they sell. Also, Blue Coral carpet spray foam works well too.

I replaced the brake discs and pads on my Mazda5, in the process, I also flushed out the old brake fluid and replaced that. So, even if your pads/discs are good, maybe you should look at flushing out old brake fluid. The old fluid came out kind of dirty and it had less than 75K on it.

I had a Protege5 and an MPV. Sounds like they are using the same hook system. to hold in the bulb.

I about to replace by pads and discs on the front and rear brakes. I usually just use a C-clamp to compress the pistons back in. Looks like the rental tools have the two studs built in, which I'll need to rent.

I measured from the middle/center of the outside holes of the seat bracket. It was 15 7/8 inches side to side. So if the sliders were relocated to the outside set of holes, that would be the width as the middle of the sliders' holes align with the bolts that hold the sliders to the bracket.

Oh yeah, there are a pair of extra holes on both sides looking at the photo. I'll measure that tonight.

The distance between the holes front to back is 12 5/8 inches. The distance between the holes side to side is 11 inches. Each hole is 3/8" x 3/8" large.

I had a Corbeau seat. I don't think it's universal. There are four holes in the sliding part that connects to the seat's base.
