I am fairly certain one of the car specific mighty mounts would fit OEM crossbars for a 2017 cx-5, which is why I asked. The universal mounts look absolutely terrible. I am trying to mount a Yakima highroller bike rack. I called Yakima and the rep said they couldn't give me the size crossbars...

I'm not worried about installing the trim. I recently ran the android auto/Apple car play cables and had to remove all that stuff. How is the fit and finish? Does it show scratches like the factory piano black trim?

If you look at the fitment specs for OEM CX-5 rails on any website they are compatible with 2017-2019 CX-5's.... Meaning I would safely assume the ebay rails & cross bars on my initial post would be compatible with a 2019 CX-5.

The OEM Mazda roof rails and crossbars are fixed as well.
