I*ve not used it yet, but I have a case in the garage waiting for the trans fluid change in 7k miles. Order it from Blauparts and you can get it for substantially cheaper than the Mazda fluid.

Have you checked the voltage and/or done a load test? FWIW - Im at 74k and still on the original.

COO was Korea IIRC, may have been China though. EDIT: COO was China. Used to be Korea but they moved production a few years ago.
