Yep, no HUD (I wish future updates might include it but I doubt it) However, the graphic, traffic, routing is much better on Carplay and I have a Signature model that comes with the NAV.

Sorry only have a pair of hands doing the install. Like I said, if you got the parts removal instruction, it's not too bad. Most parts are snap on like lego. The hardest part is to get the cable from the back to the mid front seat section inside the panel.

Installed it this morning on CX-9 2018. Every part is pretty easy except the hardest part is packing the cable in the console next to the passenger seat. Also, the clip on the rear AC wire is hard to remove. I'm happy to offer tips if any of you need some, just PM me.

Wondering if anyone did a self-installed on the Aux and cable who has any tips about the install. Planning to do it this weekend.

Anyone already has the Hub/Cable install? Can you share some photos if you have them? Or tips and tricks on what to look for.

Do anyone have information on how to remove the USB Hub unit and center console? When the Carplay hubs and cables come out, I think those 2 items need to be removed first.

If it's less than 500 I will let them install it. If more, I will wait for the parts and do a self-install. Does not look like something I can't do in an afternoon.

Just heard that Mazda 6 will get CP and AA. Not very clear but I heard in summer, there will be upgraded. Hopefully, 2016-2018 CX-9 will get it.
