    I'm not a fan of the Ascent styling at all, it just looks like a big-boned Forrester to me (boring). I'd expect better from the company that created the Tribeca...that crossover was ahead of it's time.

    New Mazda Mobile Start

    The app is a joke..Basic functionality is there but UI looks like iPhone 4 on my iPhone 7, and there's no Touch ID support so I have to manually enter the password EVERY time.

    So still no mention of CarPlay or Android Auto support in the '18 model? Most of the changes address my biggest pet peeves with this car (which are really quite minor)--wish my seat had the tilt function and 3rd row entry is a joke. The only thing still missing (besides CarPlay/AA) is linking...

    CarPlay and Android Auto coming soon to all Mazda

    The sales associate at the dealer I bought from this week said he thinks we likely won't see any update until 2018 Mazdas hit the dealer lots preinstalled with the Carplay/AA version of Mazda Connect. His best guess was November/December.

    I have a few accessories to get installed so if I haven't figured anything out by then, I'm sure they'll be happy to help. I haven't figured out if the memory function on the seat also remembers the mirror position? It doesn't seem to be linked, which is odd...

    First time poster here (and first time Mazda owner as well.) Just traded-in my (badly) aging '06 Passat for a brand spanking new '17 CX-9 Signature. Haven't peeked at the owners manual or infotainment guide and didn't get the tutorial either (closed deal @ 10pm and let the poor salesman go...
