Does anyone know what should be causing this? I hear strange noises from the left side of the car (in drivers position) especially in 1st and 2nd gear when I´m driving really slow, like something is loose. And sometimes they quit.

Seems like some fluid is coming out, does anyone know what this is used for and how to fix it?
