    Shark Fin Antenna oops

    I have to correct those posts here that say the GPS antenna is in the sharkfin. Not in these cars - the GPS patch antenna is located under the grille in the front-center of the dashboard. The sharkfin is for AM/FM only.

    I am looking at a hitch for my CX-5. Which one did you go with? Why Class III? (I'm looking at a class II - because I don't think the CX5 can haul over a class II rating... But I could be wrong - I know nothing about hitches!)

    Yes that error happens sometimes. It is related to condensation on the inside or outside of the windshield. Usually turning on front defrost will clear it up after a few minutes. It has to do with the windshield area in front of the camera (inside the car) not getting the same air circulation...

    Possible to upgrade the USB ports? (2 amp+)

    Disclaimer - I take no responsibility for damage! Option 1: Get a powered USB Hub - and power it from a 12V source. I am not 100% sure if the linux build installed in the infotainment system supports generic hubs, but I can't see why not. Option 2: Hack a "Y" cable with a separate 12v charger...
