What did you pay for your CX-5?

Yup, I understand that. However, I do not want to pay all cash :) Also, I do not want to pay interest for religious reasons. So, the best compromise is the 0% APR option.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Yo, read my posts carefully :) Here is the paraphrased version: The price will be $27,847 if I went with Mazda Standard Financing (3.9% APR over 60 months). I find that stupid since according to a rough calculation I will save $1000 upfront but pay $3000 dollars over 60 month period. The...

What did you pay for your CX-5?

The two dealers who gave me the lowest quotes both mentioned this incentive so I am pretty sure its a real thing. Another dealer emailed me couple of days ago telling me that there is a "new" incentive mentioning this particular one. I am not planning to buy on cash but instead use 0% APR...

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Yup, you are right. I have emailed four so far and its amazing how much difference there is amongst them. The best one (whose quote I mentioned earlier) told me that with 0% APR financing the 2016.5 GT AWD with Tech package would be $28,847. That comes out to be $31,822 OTD.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Good point. Clearly, I am new at this :) I checked and the dealer said: "It includes customer $500 cash for standard financing/cash purchase and Mazda $500 cash for Mazda standard financing and $500 auto show rebate. If you currently own a Mazda, there may be additional $500 rebate."...

What did you pay for your CX-5?

I am looking for a 2016.5 GT AWD with Tech package. MSRP $31,925 I am in the bay area and a dealer just sent me a quote over email which seems pretty compelling. $27847 plus tax, dmv and $80 doc fee Should be around $30.5K OTD I do not need the car in a hurry. Do you think I should wait...

    2016 CX9 Owners Thread

When you say "no way near", which year is your reference point? If its 2015, then the numbers are actually better. But if its earlier (for instance 2010) then the numbers are worse. Refer to http://www.goodcarbadcar.net/2011/01/mazda-cx-9-sales-figures.html I firmly believe I can get a better...

    2016 CX9 Owners Thread

Thanks for the info. I am gonna try near the end of this month. We will see. FYI, I anonymously sent an email to a bunch of dealers in my area (4 of them currently) telling them that I am shopping around. I have done one round and gotten down to $39.2K for the GT I am interested (AWD GT)...

    2016 CX9 Owners Thread

I have always been a Honda fan. This is the first time I am considering a Mazda because of the looks/features and the price. I am interested in a Grand Touring. Truecar shows an estimate of $40,200 for the Grand Touring. That is $500 below "factory invoice". I have not even talked to a dealer...
