at 70mph that's correct , EPA uses 55 mph as highway speed . Point is Mazda 6 was rated 40mph with I eloop , now it is rated 35mpg so from best in class it is now one of the worst in class in MPG rating ! There are many many cars that are rated better ... Huge VW Passat is rated 37mpg....

Been doing it for 15 years, Zaino products may cost you 80usd per year but paint and leather are so well protected when trade in time comes I score big on the trade value , so worth it ...

Very personal review , some of the cons were not real cons to me... some I agree with but most cons seemed to be there just to be there so review is neutral and positives/pros are not making it sound like reviewer is too overly enthusiastic (biased) even that tone of his voice seems nagging :)...

I guess tinted windows will help a lot in extreme heat conditions , some tint makers claim 20F interior temp reduction...

my 2013 GT CX9 when driven with light foot at 70mph may get 22-24mpg all depends on other road conditions ....

Koreans are getting better but overall quality is still not there yet .... Drove Sorento and it does not feel as direct and linear as CX9 , stability is not the same either , just lacks control of cx9....

Really ? Have some more trust in your Mazda , my 2013 cx9 is very stable at up to 100mph , new set of Falken summer tires did transform it too :) There are stretches of highways where you stretch you CX9 and push it little harder than your average 70mph mini van speed limits :) Supposedly...

ok so 2017 than ... 18" are looking unproportionally small in huge wheel arches and wide black plastic trim underlines it even more .... specially of lighter colors But most importantly no one will spend 8K usd more on GT trim just to get bigger wheels .... Mazda should make it available on...

CX9 seems like great vehicle , but issues/options bellow would be a welcomed addition by Mazda in 2016.5 year : -AC improved with better/stronger cooling performance -Reprogrammed Audio/Entertainment system for smoother operation + real/usable life traffic updates , also Android auto added...

Thanks for your observation , did you try 93 in one tank and can you report if you feel power gain at highway speeds , say 75mph + also if you mpg any better ?
