mad! Frustrated! Dissapointed... A friend lent me his cx9, drove it for 8 minutes! And wam! died on me??? thought it was the fuel pump!, never heated, never saw coolant leaking... SURPRISE! all the coolant was flowing freely into the crankcase! I have to agree, really bad day.... oh yea, really...

I would also appreciate info on this repair. Just doesn't seem necessary to pull the engine to replace the water pump. there has got to be someone out there that has done it!, I wonder who's idea it was to put the water pump inside the engine? It teems to me that the risk and frequency of seal...
