Experience with the OEM soft cargo area liner?

Here's a thread with great photos of this liner. I use this liner and we have our 50lb dog sit back there..but we do also put a pet seat protector (like this type) to add extra protection and to make it waterproof. So far it liner has worked fantastic. We're always throwing our baby stroller and...

Guide 2nd Generation CX-9: Sequential LED turn signal installation (side mirrors)

Hmm, very interesting. I have them installed on my CX-5 and I use them all the time. Have been wishing to add them to my CX-9 for a while now, but haven't yet taken the plunge.

..and I actually got a little bored one day, so I actually added some aero 'bits' to the roof box just for kicks & giggles. Fake shark fin antenna, and some dive plans. ;)

    2016~2023 Yakima Showcase 15 Quicksilver

I did the same a few months after I got my CX-9. We had twins so it came in very handy when traveling with someone/our dog in the 3rd row. Very happy with the Yakima box, and definitely looks more sleeker and matches the lines/shape of the CX-9 better than the Thule.

Installed paddle shifters in my CX-9

Here's a photo of a 2017 CX-3 steering wheel with paddles. Looks to be the same wheel as the 2017 CX-9 and also the 6.

Installed paddle shifters in my CX-9

Thanks spaceman12, that's damn strange & frustrating that it's the wrong rear cover! There has to be an actual rear cover that fits a 2017 Mazda6 WITH paddles. So frustrating. Thank you for sharing that cautionary tale. Good thinking on the CX-3, but I understand your hesitation to spend any...

What have you done to your CX-9 today?

Good to know! When I rotated the tires recently I was singing "you can do it, put your back into it!" :D

Ross bars for roof rack, who's got'em?

I agree with both of these posts. They're definitely the way to go in terms of sleekness. I negotiated to have them included and installed when I purchased the car because I had read about the install being a bit of a pain. And I too wish I could easily take them off when I'm not using my...

Looks like I'm getting a CX-9 as a work vehicle...

That's awesome!! Is there any reason why you are considering vehicles of this size as opposed to a sedan?
