Unfortunately, I don't believe this current generation of Mazda 6's have an OEM Aero Kit. Maybe for the 2017 model year they will do something along the lines of the Mazda 3 Sport Appearance Package for the 6, it does look very good on the 3!

It's not an actual LED light in the grill, it's just a reflective lens that makes it shine at night. It does give the car a very unique presence when you see it. I believe all 2016 Mazda6 GT's will come with it.
