My rx8 doesnt blow heat through my vents . it blows but nothing comes through the vents and i cant feel heat. sometimes it randomly will start to blow right. PLEASE HELP~

Mazda rx8 04 Everytime i give it gas it buzzes gets louder as rpm rises. I can press gas like press press press and it will buzz with the gas buzz buzz buzz. If its buzzing i let go gas and it gets slower and alower until i press on gas again . Need help!!! Video below shows problem...
