How many Brits? Fancy a cuppa?

That's not good news, season of goodwill and all that. Just checked your last few posts on that forum and I don't see anything problematic at all.

How many Brits? Fancy a cuppa?

This thread seems to be okay...have seen some fairly pathetic posturing on other threads...agree with Alex about the "other" forum, can't believe they've locked the thread when it was the Mod who should have apologised. Sad.

    Looking for running boards...help!

Yes, fitted some about a year ago, Mazda UK used to sell them as an accessory but no longer. There are loads of aftermarket ones on the net but many foul the jacking points whereas these don't. I'd post photos but can't work out how to do that...

    Remove cup holders

My UK spec car has exactly that. One cup holder, one Idrive type controller. Perfect.

How many Brits? Fancy a cuppa?

I had a new screen a year ago and there was no word from Mazda or Autoglass about having advanced thingmybob recalibrated...seems bizarre as all the sensors come with the car rather than the new screen which should mean they end up exactly where they were beforehand. Have you a newer model with...

Quite a good review here http://www.whatcar.com/car-news/honda/hr-v/2015-honda-hr-v-16-i-dtec-review/1354834 which may be helpful to you. I had a CRV before the CX5 and liked it, although the Mazda drives better. The HRV looks like it might be a little small but I haven't seen one in the flesh...

[UK] 2012 Diesel (175PS) AWD CX-5, 73,333 miles, Have you had this problem?

Have now followed up the German forum referred to elsewhere on this thread as a source for camshaft problem info. Post #540 courtesy of Google Translate says Hello Yeti drivers, on page 1 of this thread is to find a fairly current pdf, in the containment of the affected VINs or production...

[UK] 2012 Diesel (175PS) AWD CX-5, 73,333 miles, Have you had this problem?

Am confused...reading the bulletin attached to this post http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123817637-Engine-Oil-Rise&p=6383266&viewfull=1#post6383266 it seems to say to me that the modification in production started from these VIN numbers, ie. it's the cars with VINs lower than the...

CX-5 Photos - Share your shots with us!

It IS a good feature...just to make you even more jealous I've had the optional kit fitted that means they fold in when you lock up, and unfold with the ignition. Apart from anything else it saves wear on the flimsy-feeling button that folds them normally, plus gives you a handy visual signal...

How to change cruise control limit

Just an observation from someone fairly new to this site; this seems a slightly harsh response to a first-time poster...particularly when other threads on this forum do ask how to do things...eg remove wax from black trim.

Actually that's the number I did use as someone (perhaps you xtrailman) posted it elsewhere on this site. It's actually the direct line for the head of customer services but understandably he'd prefer people call the standard customer services 03457 48 48 48 number..!

How many Brits? Fancy a cuppa?

Just spoke to Mazda UK (correct tele number is 03457 48 48 48) who confirm my car is not subject to any outstanding recalls; they also said the software update I got a couple of months ago was probably related to the rising oil issue. They also recommended for future use a site which indexes...
