What's interesting is, in Canada, our GT model comes with auto dimming/homelink mirror, but they won't allow you to purchase it as an accessory on the other trims like they do in the USA. Why they gave ours the Homelink and not yours is beyond me.

Just got ours today! Also a Canadian GS but we got a sport as we're used to hatchbacks. And yes it comes with synthetic from the factory. The manual says the oil should be changed every 8000km/4 months and you can set the infotainment centre to remind you.
